Premature ejaculation
I have tried dapox and delay pills but I m seeking for a permanent treatment for this problem? I can only last for a minute or so with Condom and dapox little better but noting like I want also I don't want to rely to these pills. Perineal exercise-
While urinating stop the flow of urine, start again , stop & start again for 4-5 times .
It should be repeated several times a day.
