I am 25 year old.i am masturbating from last 15 years.I have a problem of severe premature ejaculation.ejaculation within 3-4 seconds of erection.There is also coming of cowper's fluid after mild erection.suggest some good medicine for this to start with.

First part is meditation second part do exercise and then get positive energy and thinking of medicine is first take some rejunation therapy like shirodhara and virechan after that u may take medicine as per ur body Constitution and life styale and what ur consultant advice...but do not take Short term therapy...
