Do tight foreskin of penis result in premature ejaculation? And do premature ejaculation result in failure to make babies in future? Do nightfall also happening because of tight foreskin? Do i need to go to urologist and get my foreskin treated? Please give detailed answer i will be thankful coz i am so worried
