Premature ejaculation and low excitement
I have a problem of premature ejaculation . And no excitement after frist sex in a night. My average time of intercourse is 5 to 20 second and I don't have any type of tension.i try many trick to make more intercourse time like thinking of other matter or try to keep body relax during sex but I found no result.i also went to clinic doctor did my penis test . After report doctor said my penis upper point is more sensitive and for treatment have to done a minor surgery
But I don't want to do surgery kindly suggest any other treatment with out surgery.

In most cases of premature ejaculation operation is not needed, actually premature ejaculation is the most difficult to treat amongst all general sexual disorders.......
