After entering my partner i can not last more than a minute, i did intercousre sevral times but the results were same, also sometimes it's hard for me to maintain a good errection , i am also experiencing reduced control on bladder and have frequent urination urges. I consulted a sexologist for the same and he suggested me laser therapy (to re-energise my penile muscles ). Is surgery/laser therapy is the last resort is this problem is not treatable via medication ?
