Good Day doctors, I had my baby at 27 weeks at .8 I am not lactating well so I bought prenan,is there any disadvantage using this for her and is it going to make her add weight. Thank u doc

Breastmilk is the best feed especially in preterms. KMC would help increase your breastmilk. Warm regards
