I have pre hypertension.my blood pressure is not constant always.yesterday I checked my BP twice once it was 120/80 and the other time it was 140/80 Why does BP fluctuates?

Hello.... With anxiety ,worry , tension blood pressure increases.. That's why one reading is not recommended ...check once more after one to two days... If it's consistently high consult general physician.... If not don't worry.... Whenever you go for checkup sit for few minutes and check.
