I am 6week 6 day pregnent done tvs yesterday doc say only see gestion sac not seen yolk sac and fetal pole i have done iui pregnency and iam irregular period

It is still early pregnancy take progesterone supplements and folic acid. Repeat the sonography in 2 weeks. Even by 8 weeks if there is no fetal pole it could be a blighted ovum. Consult for further queries
