I have heard some cases of pregnancy where even though being pregnant some ladies have their month menstruation cycle. Why this happens and what's the reason behind it.

Hello.....there is no chance of period during pregnancy... Minimal bleeding occurs in first trimester that's called spotting, ... It's not same as menstruation... Due to hormonal changes menstruation don't occur in females...... Missed period is the first and foremost sign of pregnancy.
