Hiii I have 8 week pregnence now, But still not vision heartbeat, My doctor suggest with for 2 weeks Is there any chances to start heart beat 9 week r 10 week.

Heart beat should usually appear by 7 weeks maximum. If it does not, it's probably an abnormal pregnancy. I'd have guided you better had I seen the ultrasound. I'll suggest that you meet your gynaecologist to discuss the options
