I took HCG injection 5000 units right after one week of ovulation. And today is 2 days past trigger and I'm feeling nauseated, have backpain and headache. ( Backpain for last 3 days) is this symptom of pregnancy or HCG  injection side effect ??? Please reply

If you have taken hcg inj one week after ovulation, this is not ovulation pain. Early pregnancy symptoms and pre menstrual symptoms are very similar. It is too early to say what is the cause, could be either.
