I'm half way threw my pack (2 weeks) I haven't been feeling my self. Low bp dizziness breast have been tender today and dark in color with veins popping up brighter than usual on my chest Tuesday I had cramping but no bleeding. ive also been really emotional crying all the time. Should I get a blood test done?

U seem to be sounding a bit low,are u having any stress, breakup etc as there seems a lot of harmonal changes in u ,do a pregnancy test if she has any doubts on pregnancy.
