Pregnant like symptoms but negative test

I have been having bad cramps, low back pain, nausea/ vomiting, abdomen pain, vagina pain when having sex, major weight gain, and I’m two weeks late for my period. I have been to the emergency room, the doctor, the free clinic and took 10 at home pregnancy test all was negative but 3 was positive. Is there anything you can suggest might be wrong with me??

Get a betahcg blood pregnancy test done to clear doubts on pregnancy and get back to us for further advice on this if needed ,all these symptoms are due to either harmonal imbalance or pregnancy
