Hello there , I can understand your concern Usually a pregnant lady's belly is visible fourth month onwards . In third month there could be a little bump which is visible and from fourth month onwards its very evident . The rate at which the belly size increases is directly proportional to the growth of the baby . Best regards , Dr. Anil Kumar Jain
