Pregnant and weight loss

I am in the weight of 64 kgs and height 5'4 I am also having thyroid problem I am regularly going walking for 1 hr and playing badminton for 2 hrs at evening u got married before 3 months and trying to get pregnant will playing badminton will affect my pregnancy and my weight is high or normal what should I take the precautions

Hi dear, I did answer ur problem in ur previous same question-- Ur physical activity is good for ur health ,it keeps u fit... Also it doesn't adversely affect ur chances of becoming pregnant. So relax! And ur BMI is 24 which is less than 25 Hence u r fit n not overweight!
