For my 3 embryo transfer and after 11th day hcg test shows hcg level 73560, what could be the reason of high hcg level and wt will be results

Looks to be a positive result, however by would still need to get a confirmation on pregnancy after four to five weeks of embryo transfer.,as sometimes HCG levels are elevated due to other reasons like multiple pregnancy,and other reasons as well .
