Pregnancy test with pcos
I have irregular periods and am planning for pregnancy since a month. I checked for pregnancy this month after I missed my period. But got negative. Are there chances of false negative? Should I test again after a few days?

Take folic acid before planning
Keep relations 2-3 times a week and more in fertile period
