Pregnancy test negative but amenorrhea

Pregnancy test 4 times check and the result is negative in urine test but ammenorhea last 47 day occure,and nausea in one time a day in between 12 to 2 pm last 2 days! Frequent urination in last 6 days! Please help me sir what can I do for this symptoms
