M trying to conceive.. I was ovulated on 22nd Sep and had an intercourse on 21st Sep..My period date is after 3days..Can I test for pregnancy?? M little curious

As you ovulated on 22 I think you should wait for atleast 5 th to get proper results

With blood test HCG u can detect pregnancy. 10days after ovulation.
