I got my periods on 20th Feb but till date I'm Not getting periods... I have tested using pregnancy kit last week and it shows negative.... but few symptoms showing as pregnant.... will it take 70 days or more to confirm pregnancy?

It more than 2 months, urine test will be positive in the first missed periods itself, it doesn't take such a long time.....do a scan & see

Pregnancy test is fairly accurate just after missed periods. So you are not pregnant. It could be hormone problem. Do ultrasound and consult a gynaecologist
