I've had a missing period for 7 days now and have had cramps for 3 days and a 10min lower back period is coming pain sensation although it never did. And I had previously tried to engage in sexual intercourse but failed cost of the pain as I'm a virgin as such vaginal penetration and ejaculation did not occur. Although I'm not sure about pre-cum

If you didn't have penetration then chance sod pregnancy are very less.. i suggest you meet gynecologist. The delayed periods click be due to stress and hormonal imbalance. You need to do blood tests.
