Hi Can using the pull out method on most fertility day cause pregnancy. It's been one week and I am scared that I could be pregnant. I have been vomiting and having period cramps. Can I be pregnant or is it possible to know know if you are pregnant so soon.

It's only possible to find out about pregnancy when u miss your periods by two three days ,by the help of urine pregnancy test.
