I'm 18 weeks pregnant. I mostly feel a vibration in my tummy (sometimes intense and sometimes little)specially when I lie down. What is it? Is it a reason of worry? Please help me. I'm worried.

Hello This is a phenomenon known as quickening . The fetus moves around a bit . It is normal . Don’t worry unless it is painful or happens too Often . Usually happens after Tenth week .
