I am 28 weeks pregnant. I am suffering from mild fever (99° F) from yesterday accompanied by headache and sore throat. I have taken two P-650 (1 in morning and 1 in night). Can I take another dose today? Does it harm the baby? How much paracetamol is safe during pregnancy?
Yes you can today also.
Dose of paracetamol should be 10-15mg/kg for a single dose. You can repeat it on 6hrs of interval.
But taking of para650 is not your proper treatment.
