1)Normally in most of cases as size of uterus increases currently appearing low lying placenta seen in upper part of uterus ( in actually placenta never moves . It's uterus which get enlarge ).   There are different grades of placenta previa . Grade 4 is dangerous one.     In your case mostly it will appear in upper part as gestation progress. It will get confirmed in anamoly scan ( next scan ) 2) Most miscarriage occurres in first trimester before 12 wks .
