Hi, I am married just 3 month ago. Initially I had some problems with erection which is now better after taking tadalafil and nano leo capsule for a month. But i am unable to feel the pleasure while penetrating the partner. She is able to feel the pleasure. Thus my penetration takes a longer time and ejaculation is not automatic at times. We have tried 2 to 3 times releasing inside her this month. She got her periods now. I know we have time to get pregnancy but yet little worried about it if I should take a test. Kindly advise.
