My wife is now 24 weeks,Recent scan indicated the baby is diagnosed with spina bifida. And also some malformation of cerebellum in the baby.how to go forward on this

This needs to be terminated. Untill recently mtp rules and guidelines did not permit termination after 20 weeks. Now recently they have allowed termination of an anomalous baby after 20 weeks as well. So consult your gynecologist and go ahead.
