I am having huge pain in my period days and I am taking medicine dysmen and also I am having thyroid issues taking medicine thyroxine. Planing to get pregnant doctor is saying to take iou treatment so should I take that treatment .

First rule out why you have dysmenorrhoea..do a ultrasound..your partners semen analysis..and then if there s some reason go for iui..directly why has your doc prescribed iui i cant understand.. Probably there is some reason to it..
