Hi ! U have said ur hcg was 448 on 1st day and 482 after 48hrs, it  means  that u r not pregnant, generally hcg level doubles every 3-4 days. If u have any doubts still, u can check in the diagnostic centre for confirmation. In the meanwhile  U already said u  have irregular periods,  so u needn not worry about that, wait for ur period for week more, if u r not, then consult gynaecologist near by and find out what are the issues that u might be having with ur periods.
