I have taken contraceptive pills from Nov'2017 till October'2018 and then discontinued it. After discontinuation, my menstrual cycle was normal, but I missed my periods in April, checked for pregnancy and the result showed negative (I have active sex life). Any particular reason? What needs to be done next?
