I am 28 and half years old girl . I will be getting married on 27 Nov 2020. I want to know that what kind of precautions I take for preventing pregnancy for starting months?  In my period days, I have pain in my stomach and little bit in back (waist)for one day .I can't smoke and drink ever . I can't take any kind of regular medicine.

You can take Tablet Dronis 20 from day two of periods onwards every night for three weeks and then followed by a gap of seven days.
