Hello, During first trimester early morning nause and vomiting is common ,if its sever its called hyperemesis gravidarum . You shouldn't have spicy , fat foods which aggravates vomiting. You can have biscuits . Drink lot of water to avoid dehydration . If you are very weak , lethargic , vomiting which prevents you from taking food ,you must get admit in hospital.
