Hi doctor Im a 29 yr old. Ive been married for 2 yrs now. Me n my husband started planning for a baby since february 2017. I got my follicular study done this month & got to know i ovulated. We timed acc & had intercourse from last day of my period to 3 days after ovulation. But I got my periods which made me think like hell what might have gone wrong. Can u please let me know the reason why sometimes pregnancy isnt possible inspite of normal ovulation & egg release. Why does the egg degenerate without fertilization ?? I also have polycystic ovaries but with regular periods & ovulation. Please let me know

See pregnancy is a complicated mechanism.. Everything should place at right time at right place then only it happens  in correct way Not only ovulation, but tubes, uterus, sperm all contributed equally.. Don't get frustrated in one cycle  keep patience  and advise fromm a good fertility expert
