Hello dr, I have consulted with my dr about my pregnancy.she have suggested me to take gynnext folsafe L 1500mg only one time in a day upto 2months. I wanted to know that is that safe during my pregnancy and does it has any side effects? Can I take omega 3 tablet as an supplementary during my pregnancy? Please help me. Thanks Nimmi

U can take those tablets .no problem they r good.omega3 is good for ur babies overall development also.u can take after 4th month.
