During pregnancy which painkiller should i take? Apart from dolo... as dolo is less effective.. and it doesnt give pain relief

Pain killer should be avoid during pregnancy but if you suffer from non bearable pain then try to use pain killer gel or spray...if not resolved then try to use paracetamole only...if not relieve by dolo then switch to other companies paracetamol
