Both ovaries are enlarged,bulky with multiple small immature follicles(>12) predominantly arranged to the periphery with floating echogenic stroma within.hilum is dense bilaterally s/o changes of polycystic ovaries.... This is the result of sonography.is that condition is complicated for pregnancy or not?
