Pregnancy Related ( 16.3 weeks)

I have visited doctor's chamber last night due to regular check up. Everything is fine. Still my doctor prescribed drogyna 10 mg and sustain 25 mg ( vaginally inserted) for 60 days. Is it okay to take the both at 16.3 weeks of pregnancy? I have attached my prescription also.

Both the drugs are usually used to overcome corpus leutesl/ placental insufficiency during pregnancy, which is not uncommon in pregnancies in thirties Detailed history and investigation reports are desirable for further opinion
