Pregnancy rashes in hands,legs and belly

I'm in 38th week of pregnancy and recently got itchy rashes all over my legs,arms and belly. It spreads rapidly and red itchy bumps are visible. My gynecologist prescribed udiliv 150 and calosoft lotion. But no improvement. Kindly suggest.
