When will the baby heartbeat starts during pregnancy Will there shortness of breath in pregnancy in the first month

Heart beat of fetus starts at around 5-6 weeks generally.. which is found only on doing ultra sound.. If u are having significant shortness of breath then consult gynecologist in person to check for gastritis or respiratory problem
