In ultrasound report of 8 w6 day there is triplets with no heartbeat in any one. Ultrasound also indicate the 5 w 02 day pregnancy in place of 08 w 6 day. Last period date is 13 jun. Doctor has given pulbegen 5000iu injection for 4 weaks weekly. What may be the causes of triplets and no heartbeat

Triplets means three babies  either formed from one egg which split into three which is rare as compared to three eggs fertilised seperately,however since it is high risk pregnancy so she will need extra care and pregnancy support medicines and injections .
