I m 28 yrs old lady from Delhi..5 weeks pregnancy...dark red blood dischrge whenever i go for pee n wipe my self in washroombut not as much as to soak a pad..while resting or doing some activity...since sunday what to do...

You should consult a gynec immediately so that examination can be done to rule out threatened abortion and  progesterone support like proluton can be given . take complete bedrest and avoid intercourse . 5 weeks is too early to see cardiac activity but a scan can be done to see g sac n fetal pole.
