Thank you for your question. If your pregnancy test is negative then it is unlikely you are pregnant now. I'm really sorry that you are in pain. Most likely the pain reflects that you had ovulated in this cycle although you didn't conceive yet. If your period doesn't arrive you can wait another seven days before repeating the pregnancy test. Rarely you may have conceived late in your cycle and it can take a couple more days for that to reflect in the urine. Wishing you all the very best
