My wife is pregnant and before our marriage she have an another relation with someone's else and now i want to check is the baby is mine or not?

Paternity testing can be done by amniocentesis but find out how advanced your wife’s pregnancy is. And depending on the time of contact approximate estimation can be made. Otherwise after delivery he k the blood group of baby and it should be compatible with the two of yours.

This is not possible because for that karyotyping is must means chromosome analysis of baby .It is done only in special circumstances due to legal problem.
