Me 1 April ko test ki toh positive aaya ab dr ke pass 3 April ko test ki toh negative aur ultrasound sac me small egg Dekhra tha ky Maltlab me pregnant hu ya nahi please help

If on ultrasound sac is seen u r pregnant.. wait for two more days for cardiac activity
