Hi , Swati this side actually I wanted to know about my pregnancy . If I have started planning to pregnancy one month back .for boosting immunity ,so can I take some medicine without prescription as Zinc, multivitamin, calcium , and vitamin c and  d in this duration. Kindly help me out .
