Hi, I am 31 years old,i have 5 years old son.We are  planning for second baby.May i know when should  be in contact ,30 days of cycle.my last period first day is 12/03/2025. Please reply.

Hello ma'am, if your cycle is of around 30 days, you will be ovulating around the 16th of menses as the last 14 days of cycle is fixed. So you should have relations 2-3 times per week from D 10 to D 20 of your menses. If you need more help in understanding, you can connect. Thank you 👍
