I will visit my boyfriend on March 3 for a week. Then we will be apart for 4 months. I bought Saheli and started yesterday.will I still be protected? I read somewhere that it requires a month to be effective. Should I use unwanted 21 now? Please suggest What I should do

Yes you need additional contraception in first month of Saheli. Instead of unwanted 71, you can opt for combined OC pills which are more effective. Unwanted 72 has lot of side effects and very high failure rate. Better still, opt for a condom.
