The yolk sac is seen but fetal pole is not visualized. The ges sac mean 4.5mm Cervix is normal length. The internal os is closed. No adnexal mass is seen.. Plzzz tell me why fetal pole is not seen.

Sometimes ovulation may take place a little later in the menstrual cycle due to which this maybe a delayed conception. You need to wait for 1 month and repeat sonography. If it is a healthy pregnancy, fetal pole will definitely appear.
