Got a negative urine pregnancy test and beta hcg levels 0.20 today at 4 weeks 4 days after a missed period / spotting on 16th sep ( was having high fver and typhoid ) at that time . Last intercourse was on 29aug . Did a urine test and beta hcg on 1 st oct came negative and today also negative. Means no pregnancy and nothing to worry? As im only 19 years . No more tests required? Please tell
