Pregnancy necessary tests

Hi doctor, I'm trying for pregnancy from 3months. My age is 27 years.married since 4years.But I didn't get any positive results.my period comes every 26days.i have done with ultrasound scan test 2months before for ovulation and ovaries. Everything is ok. Is there any necessary tests there to conceive.plz let me know
